At MegaprizeHub, we deliver our herbal wellness tea across Australia. This page explains our shipping areas, methods, processing times, and what to do if you experience any delivery issues.
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories, including metropolitan areas, regional centres, and remote locations. All delivery times and costs are based on Australian addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
We offer two shipping options:
Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Cost: AUD $9.95 (free for orders over $75)
Standard shipping is our most economical option and is suitable for most customers. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Cost: AUD $14.95
Express shipping is ideal when you need your order sooner. Orders are prioritised for faster processing and delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events.
After your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress via Australia Post or our designated carrier. If you have not received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
For customers in regional or remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard timeframes. We will do our best to keep you informed if your order is expected to take longer. If you have concerns about delivery to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
