Returns and Refunds

1. Our Returns Policy

At MegaprizeHub Pty Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible products. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unopened and sealed in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team:

  • Include your order number in the subject line or body of your email
  • Provide a brief reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation. Please do not send products back without prior approval.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Opened consumable products (e.g., opened tea packaging)
  • Products that have been used or partially used
  • Products without original packaging

If you believe a consumable product is faulty, please contact us and we will assess your claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please request a return and place a new order. We will process your refund once the original product is received and inspected.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns and Refunds Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description. If you have a major failure with a product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
